A monthly rhythm
Stoic Month pairs an analog watchface with a cycle of 31 short reflections. The day of the month chooses the reflection, so the idea changes naturally without becoming another feed to manage.
On the watch you get hour, minute, and second hands, step information, color themes, and ambient mode. The reflection remains part of the watchface rather than a separate reading app.
The phone is optional
The Android companion can help with installation and schedule one daily Stoic quote notification at a time you choose. It is an addition, not a requirement: the watchface works independently when the phone is absent or disconnected.
Reminder settings and quote preferences stay on your devices.
